Training and Education are fundamental to develop careers and professionals in the marine biology studies.
Training and education will play an important part within EMBRC. EMBRC-BE is making major contributions to this aspect by the development of the Marine Training Portal, which aims to be the most complete database on Marine Training in Europe.
Also, the International Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources (IMBRSea) is an important component of training developing in Europe. It is the biggest international master on the subject, receiving around 100 students per year.

OUR TRAINING FACILITIES
EMBRC-BE can offer different trainings, educational programs and opportunities with students. UGent is the representative of the training aspects of this research infrastructure.
