Description

This service provides access to Necropsy facilities, Histopathology and Immunohistochemistry lab available at the Veterinary Pathology Research Group (DI05) of Ghent University.

Fully equiped necropsyroom and laboratorium for histology and immunohistochemistry. Routine histologic staining such as HE, PAS, Giemsa, Von Gieson, as well as immunohistochemical staining with specific biomarkers are performed. Additional stainings/markers may be developed should this be requested.

Several (including seven-headed, immunofluorescence) microscopes are available.
