Description

This service provides access to the image analysis of histopathological slides available the Veterinary Pathology Research Group (DI05) of Ghent University.

The image analysis (Leica application suite 4.0) can be used do count cells, determine size/length and area percentage. It is often used with special stainings such as PAS, Giemsa, Von Gieson, as well as immunohistochemical staining with specific biomarkers (see other services).
