Description

The DNA laboratory is equipped with standard instruments required for most applications in DNA extraction, PCR (incl. qPCR) and NGS library preparation (except sonic fragmentation of DNA). This includes a pipetting robot (Qiagen), a chip-based capillary electrophoresis machine (Bioanalyzer, Agilent) and a thermal cycler (Roche).
